Thank you for choosing Phoenix Travel to plan your upcoming vacation. I am so excited that you are about to begin this exciting journey.

I book travel for solo travelers, groups and couples. Types of group include: girls trips, boys trips, family trips, sisters/brothers trips and many others.

I book travel for land and sea adventures which include ocean and river cruises. I am able to assist with any destination.

How To Begin

  1. Fill out the Contact Form
  2. Once form is received, a phone consultation will be scheduled.
  3. Research fee will be paid based on service you desire (see below). Fee is due within 24 hours of receipt.
  4. Quote and any other information will be submitted via email for review. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive quote.
  5. A second phone consultation will be scheduled to discuss quote

****BEFORE YOU BOOK****

  • Once you have completed the form, I will provide you with one quote for the one destination indicated on the form.  I charge the following research fee:
    • $25 for cruise quote
    • $25 for hotel and flight quote
    • $50 for hotel, flight and excursion quote.
    • This quote will include a sample itinerary that you and your guests can use for your vacation. You may receive suggestions for more than one excursion depending on the length of your trip.
  • Charges for booking group trips:
    • $100 for groups of 6-10 people
    • $250 for groups of 11 or more
  • Research fees are nonrefundable and are NOT applied to your trip balance.
  • The deposit/full payment is due within 24 hours of you receiving the quote. This does not include quotes given to groups.
  • Pricing on your booking is not guaranteed until deposit/full payment is made.
  • If you request another quote after 14 days of receiving your initial quote, the next quote will be assessed a non-refundable $25 research fee. Research will not be conducted until fee is received. An invoice will be sent to you.
  • Payment forms accepted: CashApp, PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card. The invoice is submitted to you via email. A credit card authorization form is submitted with the invoice that needs to be completed as well.
  • An additional destination request will be assessed a $25 non-refundable research fee. Research will not be conducted until the fee is received. An invoice will be sent to you.
  • After receiving your quote and you decide that you do not wish to utilize my services, please let me know that you do not wish to move forward.

 **AFTER YOU BOOK**

  • The Passport Info & Pre-Departure form is to be completed prior to booking. This information is needed in order to make the reservation. The travel agreement form must be completed once final payment is received. These forms are emailed to you and everyone in your party once you decide to move forward with your booking.

  • Travel Protection form must be completed whether you elect to purchase the coverage or not.

  • Additional cancellation policy applies based on the vendor. Cancellation policies vary based on the vendor. The cancellation policy will be submitted to you once a deposit has been made on your booking.

  • Travel protection is NON-REFUNDABLE!!!

  • You will receive your itinerary information via email and via mail.

  • If you have a roommate, your deposit will not be processed until your roommate submits their deposit.

  • A $25 per booking service fee will be charged by Phoenix Travel, LLC for any reservation cancelled after deposit is paid. This fee increases to $50 after final payment is made. This fee is separate from any vendor cancellation penalties.

  • A late payment fee of $25 will be assessed if monthly payments fall one month behind. This fee is non-refundable.

  • The booking will cancel after two months of non-payment.
